Anisotropic Highlight for Eevee and Cycles (Blender 4.0)

Customizable anisotropic highlight shader node group mainly for Eevee renderer of Blender (4.0), but it works with Cycles too. Can be used to make metallic as well as human hair objects look more realistic or stylized. Currently it just allows you to change the thickness and color of the highlight, but I'll see if I can in the future make it so that the shape can be customized with noise or wave patterns.
